“The video talks about mass murder, but that is not what Gates is saying.
He’s not talking about a group of judges (a panel) deciding to off someone. He’s talking about statistical data tables that indicate the likely hood of death – applying that data to someone in a hospital, hooked up to machines, being kept alive at huge expense when the death panels indicate the patient is most likely close to death.
As for why the money would be better spent on teachers, well, why not both, indeed, why not reduce the cost of medical care in the USA, because it is crazy high compared to other countries?
