Tim Burton, the famous producer and film director responsible for a few iconic Batman movies and the Wednesday TV series that has the glamorous Jenna Ortega in the main role, is amazed by what Artificial Intelligence can do. A person used some “tech magic” and an AI art generator to mimic the style of the famous film director.

Tim Burton seemed very virulent toward the AI-generated art that copies his style. He stated during an interview for The Independent:

I can’t describe the feeling it gives you,

It reminded me of when other cultures say, ‘Don’t take my picture because it is taking away your soul.’

He added, as The Independent also quotes:

What it does is it sucks something from you,

It takes something from your soul or psyche; that is very disturbing, especially if it has to do with you. It’s like a robot taking your humanity, your soul.

Not a few are those who believe that AI tools such as chatbots will take over our jobs in the near future. The scariest part is that it’s already happening to some degree, and there’s no telling for sure when and if it will end. The most plausible scenario is that AI content generators will become more and more advanced, and hopefully, they won’t develop some sort of consciousness to consider us humans useless.

AI image generators such as Midjourney have also proven to be highly effective when it comes to generating images based on the user’s prompts.
