WhatsApp will release soon new features
Facebook-owned WhatsApp will feature two exciting new features for this open beta program. It will allow users to switch between voice and video calls on the app and it will make voice recording easier. If you are in a voice call with a friend and that person decides to switch to video call, then you will receive a notification on your phone’s screen and decide whether you accept or not.
OnePlus’s newest smartphones will get Android Oreo
The Chinese company will start the Android 8.0 Oreo beta program for the OnePlus 5 smartphone at the end of the month. Those who bought OnePlus 5T (released this Thursday) will be able to enroll in the Oreo beta program by the end of December. The newest Android OS: 8.0 Oreo is expected to roll on the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T at the beginning of 2018.
Apple fixes iPhone X unresponsive display with an iOS 11.1.1 update
The newest iPhone on the market would get its display unresponsive when it was exposed to cold temperatures. The iOS 11.1.2 update fixes the issue, Live Photos has also been fixed and videos are not being distorted anymore.
Google Assistant will help you solve Pixel 2 issues
The voice command assistant will help Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL owners to troubleshoot issues. The assistant will set up a phone call or a chat with someone from the Google Support team. The command can be placed both by voice and be using the keyboard. Google Assistant can also check your battery life and health and test your camera or Bluetooth connectivity.
Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL have been released with the newest Android OS: Oreo.
