For most people out there, it would certainly be the dream job to be the CEO of one of the biggest companies and social networks on Earth. Meta (ex-Facebook) certainly qualifies for the description. But oddly enough, it seems that Mark Zuckerberg himself is a little unsatisfied with the job.

The famous comedian, podcaster, actor, and former television presenter Joe Rogan interviewed Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg during the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

Zuckerberg encourages physical activity

Perhaps everybody knows by now the multitude of benefits that physical activity can have for a person’s health. Doing some exercise every day can make you stay in shape and even have good mental health.

Zuckerberg even said that he’s engaging in two hours of physical activity every day. However, it’s not for the reason you might have guessed. He’s doing it as a way to cope with the enormous amount of messages that he deals with in the morning. The Meta CEO also revealed that he has also been practicing mixed martial arts, surfing, and running.

Zuckerberg explained during the podcast:

It’s almost like every day you wake up and you’re, like, punched in the stomach,

Now I need to, like, go reset myself and be able to kind of be productive and not be stressed about this.

Otherwise, Zuckerberg’s platform seems to be doing great. Meta’s Facebook platform has about 2 billion monthly active users. WhatsApp, the famous instant-messaging app owned by Meta, also has around 2 billion users. Instagram, on the other hand, also had roughly 2 billion users back in 2021. It should be even more popular in the present.

Next time you feel the urge to complain about your job, it may provide you a little comfort knowing that, most probably, not even Mark Zuckerberg is entirely happy with what he’s doing for a living.
