Deficiency of vitamins

If you follow a diet that does not allow you to eat all kinds of fruits, vegetables or other food will make you have a deficiency of vitamins. This is one of the reasons why doctors advice people to follow the diet only for a limited amount of time. It’s a no-go for a long-term diet because it’s not a balanced one. It’s also best to have medical supervision at all times.

When you are on the keto diet, your body starts to get rid of the fat – but not only fat but glycogen and water, too. This way, you also lose important electrolytes, like potassion, magnesium, and sodium. When this happens, headaches start to appear, and you are tired all the time. This is usually happening in the first weeks of the diet. It’s advisable you plan the entire time you’re going to follow keto and you need to make sure you’re getting enough electrolytes at all times.
