It’s supposed that you have to believe almost anything when you’re a new mom and the medicine could be so reliable, right? Well, let us tell you how some things could change for you in just a blink of an eye.

How is even possible that for 2 % of women to be fooled by the medical system, annually, after they got birth?! Prescription medicine offers them nowadays, a high amount of opioids. The research was based on a nationally-archetypal taster of an incredible number of 300,000 women who got birth between 2008 and 2016, examined by University of Michigan.

They discovered the shocking number of 50 % of women took prescription medication for highly-addictive painkillers for that period, 2 % of whom became determined users. And while rates of prescriptions have diminished a little bit, rates of determined usage didn’t.

An important issue, however, the researchers’ state is that procedures for prescribing are imprecise, and, as is now clear, there is an old culture of giving pills to patients. They received the medication even if it is due to a burden from Big Pharma, or to maintain patients from realizing that they’re short out-of-hours.

The research, with a great team led by OB/ GYN Alex Peahl, MD who declares how women from Europe almost never receive a treatment like the one from US. And they have more detailed guidelines assured and a more opening to know the facts straight in the first place. Europe is also known for its high level of medications or substances, banned. They never decide that for a woman who just got birth it’s okay to treat her with misguiding. That’s why European women almost never receive an opioid prescription.
