The Backwards Compatibility is a program conducted by Microsoft which allows old Xbox 360 titles to return to the newer Xbox One video games console.

Until recently, the list of Xbox 360 games which have returned on the Xbox One via Backwards Compatibility included Crimson Skies, Ninja Gaiden Black, Grabbed By The Ghoulies, Dead to Rights, and Bloodrayne 2.

Now, two excellent titles are coming back for the new Xbox One.

Spec Ops: The Line For Xbox One

Spec Ops: The Line is a third-person shooter from which no one has had great expectations. It is the second game ever produced by the German company Yager Development.

Spec Ops: The Line comes in front of us with a concept that shocks the image of the military shooter hero as we know it.

Did you ever meet the character who kills everything in his path, finish his mission and go home with the same hardness and self-esteem he came to in the conflict zone?

Probably yes, but you will not see it in Spec Ops.

A Delta Force team and you are sent in the devastated Dubai for a recon mission which will turn to be way much than what was supposed to be. I won’t say more because it will mean to spoil your joy of playing this wonderful game.

Spec Ops: The Line got, on average, 8.5 stars out of 10.

The Darkness 2 For Xbox One

The game is full of action and the way the character is controlled is not at all tedious.

The character gets some points depending on how he kills his enemies. The more odious is the crime, the more points are received.

These can be used to buy yourself various skills that make use of both darkness and weaponry. The character can eat the hearts of the fallen enemies to regenerate its life.

Light is one of your worst enemies. During the game, there are objects you can not interact with and actions that you can not do until you destroy the light source that is around you or around the objects you need to interact with.

The game was well received and appreciated by gamers and critics. The Darkness 2 got, on average, 7.8 stars out of 10.
