Multiple news outlets have quoted a statement made by Bronny’s relatives as evidence that the 18-year-old was first given medical attention at the scene of the accident before being sent to the hospital. According to the same reports, James has been transferred out of the intensive care unit and is currently in stable condition. What a terrible thing to happen!

LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes, stated the spokesperson.

On ESPN’s list of the Top 100 2023 recruits, the 6-foot-3 incoming freshman for the USC Trojans is listed in the 20th spot. The institution stated that it was unable to respond due to the need to protect the confidentiality of its students. Unfortuitously, Bronny’s situation wasn’t the only one of its kind!

Back in the summer of 2022, another freshman basketball player for the USC Trojans was hospitalized after having a heart attack. After falling on July 1, 2022, during a non-formal practice for the squad, Vincent Iwuchukwu was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he remained there for several days to recover.
