Antioxidants are naturally occurring organic compounds found in fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based foods. They help prevent cell damage from free radicals, which can lead to premature aging and disease development.Tons of fruits and vegetables are full of antioxidants. All you need is a little help from nature and a few tricks from me to get these antioxidants into your diet easily. Here are some of the best foods high in antioxidants that will make your body happy:

1. Blueberries

Blueberries are one of the best antioxidant-rich foods out there. They also happen to be delicious! Blueberries can be consumed in a variety of ways from baked goods, smoothies and even salads. If you’re looking for a lower sugar option, simply mix berries with water or unsweetened almond milk for a great tasting drink without the sugar crash!

2. Vegetables

Vegetables like broccoli, carrots, tomatoes etc contain high amounts of vitamin C which help boost the immune system and removes free radicals from our body.

3. Nuts

Nuts like almonds, walnuts etc contain healthy fats which help improve heart health by lowering cholesterol levels and blood pressure in addition to promoting overall health.

4. Carrots
