Today, more than 55 diseases appear to be related to gluten consumption. Whether we are talking about gluten intolerance, celiac disease, endocrine glands, gluten seems to be responsible.

How Do You Test Gluten Intolerance?
The best way to find out if you have gluten intolerance is to keep a diet that removes gluten for 2-3 weeks, then reintroduce it and repeat the experience to see the changes taking place with your body.

There is no secret that the bread makes you fat
Any food in excess is a danger to your health. Especially the ingredients used to bake bakery products. It gets extremely fast in the digestive tract by getting into the bloodstream in the form of glucose, which helps to increase the level of sugar in the blood. The glycemic level will drop sharply after a very short time and the hunger will suddenly appear.

You may have gluten intolerance if:

– you have digestive problems such as bloating, gas or constipation;

– you are diagnosed with an autoimmune disease;

– you feel fatigue after eating high gluten-containing products,

– you often face headaches and migraines.

But what is gluten?

Gluten is a protein found in cereals such as wheat, barley, rye. It is usually used in bakery products as an additive because gluten is “held” by the yeast-released carbon dioxide and helps to increase bakery products. Due to gluten the dough becomes elastic, fluffy and grows nicely. It is often said that the bread is full of gluten, but what is not said is the fact that this substance can also be found in pasta, beer, medicine, toothpaste, ice cream, mayonnaise and sausage.

The body identifies gluten as a foreign substance, and when it reaches the intestines, it reacts through the formation of antibodies to attack the unknown substance.

In this way, the immune system enters a hyperallergic state and causes the body to attack its own tissue, so it can not absorb all the nutrients in the food you need to be healthy.
