However, nothing compares with physical exercises during adolescence. Researchers agree that teenagers who train regularly gain lean muscle mass instead of fat tissues and that would also benefit them in adulthood.
Nutritionists and fitness experts recommend teens to adopt a regular physical exercise routine to get rid of unwanted fat tissue and build lean muscle mass. These achievements would benefit them later their lives as active teens are less likely to get overweight in adulthood.
