President Trump Confirmed With the New Coronavirus

Friday morning, we learned that President Trump and the first lady have tested positive for the new coronavirus. The crisis continues in the U.S, the pandemic has already killed more than 207.000 people on the territory, and the economy is slowly going down.

President Trump has written on Twitter: “Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. “We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!”



The doctor said that the president is well. We do not know if he has symptoms, but we did learn that he will be in isolation at the White House.

Sean P. Conley, the physician of the president, stated: “The president and first lady are both well at this time, and they plan to remain at home within the White House during their convalescence. Rest assured, I expect the president to continue carrying out his duties without disruption while recovering, and I will keep you updated on any future developments.”

People from the White House would not say if he has any symptoms, but some stated that his voice sounded a little raspy. But given its campaign, is it not that normal?

The president and the first lady for the test results after one of his advisors, Hope Hicks, was infected. He brought the virus to the inner circle. For months now, President Trump has underestimated the virus – saying that the end of the pandemic is in sight, or that the virus is not as dangerous as everyone says it is.

This positive result comes just 33 days before the election that will be held on the 3rd of November. The future of his campaign might be challenging since he has to withdraw from the campaign trail and respect the quarantine, even if he does not show any symptoms.
