4 Tips On How To Lower Your Blood Pressure

  1. Don’t consume that much alcohol. Alcohol is known to increase the blood pressure, so if you’re suffering from this problem, it’s best to stop drinking it. For the long run, don’t drink more than one glass of beer or wine every week.
  2. Eat healthy food. Eating fresh vegetables will lower your blood pressure. Fruits are also great as long as they’re not full of artificial sweeteners.
  3. Don’t gain too much weight. Obese people usually have a lot of problems with their high blood pressure. Keep your body weight between the normal limits by eating healthy and exercising.
  4. Start exercising. By working out at least 30 minutes a day, a few days per week, you will lower your blood pressure for sure. Even a long walk can help!
