It’s been just revealed that US President Joe Biden has something terrible to say about the latest important covid variant – Omicron. Check out the latest reports below.

Deseret online publication notes that the Omicron variant of the coronavirus is set to create a new surge of cases in the next few months in the United States, leaving unvaccinated individuals in a troubled place, according to President Joe Biden.

Biden, in a meeting with medical advisers and Vice President Kamala Harris about the pandemic, said the U.S. is in a better spot to deal with Omicron than before.

“But it’s here now and it’s spreading, and it’s gonna increase,” Biden said, per The Hill.

He continued:

“For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death … for themselves, their families and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. But there’s good news. If you’re vaccinated, and you have your booster shot, you’re protected from severe illness and death, period.”

It’s also essential to note the fact that Biden said it’s important for all Americans to receive a covid vaccine, as well as a booster shot, to stay protected from the Omicron variant, according to The Hill.
