Experts Blast US Push For Covid Boosters; “Data Is Not Compelling”

It’s been just reported that experts are criticizing the Biden administration’s push to widely distribute Covid 19 vaccine boosters in the US for the next month.

They are claiming that the data provided by the federal health officials this week is not compelling enough to recommend third shots to most of the American population.

CNBC just noted that U.S. health leaders say they are preparing to offer booster shots to all eligible Americans beginning the week of Sept. 20.

Third dose of Moderna/Pfizer vaccine

This plan was outlined by CDC Director Dr Rochelle Walensky, acting FDA Commissioner Dr Janet Woodcock, White House chief medical advisor Dr Anthony Fauci and other health officials called for a third dose eight months after people receive their second shot of Pfizer/Moderna vaccines.

“Taken together, you can see that while the exact percentage of vaccine effectiveness over time differs depending on the cohort and settings study, the data consistently demonstrate a reduction of vaccine effectiveness against infection over time.”

This is what Walensky told reporters during a White House Covid press briefing.

“People are still highly protected against severe disease, hospitalization, and death. This is what vaccines are supposed to do.”

This is what Dr Anna Durbin, a vaccine researcher at Johns Hopkins University, said.

“If we start seeing significant upticks of more severe disease and hospitalizations in vaccinated people, that would be a signal to consider boosters.”

Coronavirus origins are debated by scientists

The origins of the novel coronavirus and various issues surrounding patient zero have been debated for quite a while now, and the theories continue.

You may remember that not too long ago, we revealed that the World Health Organization’s top Covid official has claimed that a researcher in a lab in Wuhan, China is probably the cause of this terrible outbreak.

It’s been just revealed that all the present theories might be heading in the wrong direction, according to an American virologist who addressed Bloomberg.
