Paleo and keto are the only diet rivals you will ever hear of.

The Internet was blown by these diets, and their excitement with them will surely last for long. Because they are both low-carb, you might think they are the same, but actually, there are more differenced you have ever expected/

“The main difference is that on the keto diet, most of your calories come from fat, whereas on the paleo diet, most of them come from protein.”

What is the Keto diet?

There is no doubt you have heard at least one friend talking about it or a few pictured on Instagram with the hashtag keto, and even though a picture is self, this diet might be confusing for some.

This diet makes you eat a lot of fat because it aims to move your body from consuming carbs as energy and burn fat instead. This state is called ketosis.
