3 Ginger Tea Recipes That Melt Belly Fat

According to specialists, ginger stimulates metabolism, which causes rapid calorie burning. The chances of losing weight are bigger when ginger is introduced into the diet.

Ginger Tea

First option: add a slice of ginger root into a cup of boiling water and let it infuse for half an hour. Drink with small sips, several times a day, 20 minutes before each meal.

Second option: add half chopped root ginger, 60 g mint leaves in boiling water, and leave for about half an hour. Filter and add 250 ml of lemon juice and 80 ml of orange juice, mix well and drink it cold.

Third option: prepare ginger tea mixed with green tea or black tea and add a spoonful of honey and just a slice of lemon. This tea is very good for the body, it has a refreshing effect and it helps you to lose weight.
